How Mila has changed our lives

I started this blog 2 years ago to share the amazing benefits of Mila with others. I am now turning it into a site that moms can visit to get ideas on how to get their kids to eat Mila. Moms, we have a responsibility to get the proper nutrients into our children's bodies on a daily basis, no excuses. It is no one elses job- it is our job. 1 scoop of Mila includes more nutrition than most kids get in a week. With the high amount of safe Omega 3s, non-animal protein and fiber you can't afford not to give this to your kids. I welcome new ideas and questions so please email me with comments at Rpaskegarc@aol.com or visit www.rgarcia.lifemax.net for more information on Mila.
